The Ocean City High School surf team invites everybody to attend a fundraiser 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, April 26 at DiOrio’s Cafe in Somers Point.
The event includes a buffet (including wings, pasta, salad, chicken tenders), beer and wine, music, a Chinese auction and a raffle for a surfboard donated by Surfers Supplies.
Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children age 12 and under. They are available at the door or in advance by calling Christine Wilson at 609-457-2939.
Money raised from the event will help the team travel to California in June for the NSSA National Championship.
