The Ocean City Restaurant Association is ready to get the word out that members are open for business through the winter, and they’re turning, in part, to Facebook.
The group of restaurant owners are encouraging people to “like” their page to keep up on news about local restaurants — including a list of members “that are OPEN this time of year.”

A gift card giveaway on Monday was designed to push the page over the threshold of 1,000 followers, and it appeared to do so within just a few hours.
New OCRA members like Lauren Sacco of Frankie’s by the Bay and Victoria Mamo of Vittorio’s Italian Restaurant are reportedly helping with the Facebook push.
“Like” the Facebook page to follow Ocean City restaurant news throughout the entire year.
