Ocean City Launches “Ocean City Vacation” Video Contest

Cape May County officials say the tourism season will be much different due to the COVID-19 outbreak, butt hey will remind visitors all of the reasons why they should visit the Jersey Shore.

Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Ocean City Tourism Development Commission, has launched the “Ocean City Vacation” video contest. Contestants are encouraged to submit short, family-oriented videos detailing what makes Ocean City “America’s Greatest Family Resort.”

Participants may submit a video on the official Ocean City Facebook page at facebook.com/OceanCityNJVacation to share their happy memories of Ocean City. Be sure to title your video “Ocean City, NJ Vacation” and remember to tag the video #OCNJVacation.

Videos may also be emailed to info@oceancitychamber.com. The videos should be no more than 30 seconds long.

Whether you love the downtown, Boardwalk, beach or bay, your videos should show your love of Ocean City. Submit your video now through Aug. 31. For more information, email info@oceancitychamber.com or call the Chamber office at 609-399-1412.

The winner will receive a free night stay at the Flanders Hotel and all videos entered may be used for future promotions.

The historic Flanders Hotel is one of Ocean City’s treasured landmarks.
