Work to be completed in the week of Oct. 1-5:
· Feriozzi Concrete will continue work on Sixth Street between West Avenue and Bay Avenue restoring curb gutter and sidewalks.
· Pipe crews will continue installing main on Seventh Street, working from Bay Avenue to West Avenue.
· Paving crews will continue paving from Second Street to Fifth Street between West Avenue and Bay Avenue.
· Mayor Jay Gillian said the contractor paved Fifth Street this week. The completion of Fifth Street comes in time for Saturday’s Bike MS: City to Shore Ride, which ends on Fifth Street.
· Weather permitting, crews will pave Third Street starting Monday and continue work between Second Street and Fifth Street during 10-hour days Monday through Thursday.
