On Tuesday afternoon a luncheon was held in honor of Mark Soifer at the Civic Center. Many of Mark’s colleagues came out to congratulate him on his retirement and his amazing career promoting the City of Ocean City.
It was a nice affair that highlighted Mark’s many accomplishments over his 40 years of service to Ocean City.
While Mark is officially leaving his employment with the city soon, his events and promotions will live on for many years to come.
Mark praised his co-workers and expressed his confidence that they will carry on with even bigger and better events in the future.
Mark is a brilliant and classy man that has been extremely effective in promoting a city that he loves. Tuesday’s luncheon showed that the city loves him back.
