List of Guarded Beaches as of Aug. 25

The Ocean City Beach Patrol will be guarding the following beaches as of Thursday, Aug. 25.

Beaches are guarded from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekends and holidays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. This schedule of guarded beaches will remain in place through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5.

• Park Place
• Brighton Place
• 8^th Street
• 9^th Street
• 10^th Street
• 11^th Street
• 12^th Street
• 24th Street
• 30th Street
• 34^th Street
• 36th Street
• 44th Street
• 55th Street
• 58^th Street

Lifeguard stands may not be exactly at street ends as guards will place the stand in the safest area depending on water conditions.

Mobile EMS and water-rescue response teams will be stationed on the beach, and additional personnel will patrol on personal watercraft.
