The Hooters burst onto the Philadelphia music scene in 1980, as a new and different kind of rock band, with a fresh sound. It wasn’t long before they had several Gold and Platinum albums to the name, alongside some of the most recognizable hits in rock music – “And We Danced”, “All You Zombies”. Their brilliant songwriting even led to fellow artists’ hits like “Time After Time” (Cyndi Lauper) and “One Of Us” (Joan Osborne).
