The Ocean City Chamber of Commerce announced that Beth Rubino will be the guest speaker at the “Salute to Working Women” luncheon at noon on Wednesday, April 24 at the Ocean City Yacht Club. Ocean City Police Department Detective Jennifer Elias will receive the Community Service Award and Melissa Brown, owner of Brown’s Restaurant, will receive the 2024 “Salute to Working Women” honor.
