The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Advisory in effect for Ocean City from 6 p.m. to midnight on Thursday.
Water levels are expected to peak in the hours around high tide on the bay side of Ocean City at 8:07 p.m. Forecasters project a tide of 5.5 feet on the mean low water scale (MLW). This projection falls just above the threshold for “minor” tidal flooding.
