The OCNJ Daily is having a contest for the best “Hermine Storm Picture” as determined by the “Likes” on our Facebook.com Page. Anyone can enter as many times as they like. The pictures can be of nature, the storm itself, or any of the silliness surrounding how people celebrate storms in South Jersey.
The winner will be announced on Tuesday afternoon.
