On Sunday, September 10th, the Tabernacle is proud to close our Summer Speaker Season with welcoming back Sujo John, one of the last survivors of the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks. John was working on the North Tower’s 81st floor during the attacks, while his pregnant wife, Mary, was on the South Tower’s 71st floor. He had just moved to America from India six months before the attacks.

After both Sujo and Mary survived the disaster, Sujo was inspired to dedicate his life to international evangelical ministry and motivational speaking. In addition to his speaking ministry, John is also the founder of “YouCanFree.Us,” a movement dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating victims of human trafficking.

John has been featured on many broadcast programs including The 700 Club, Billy Graham Special, The BBC and Family Talk with Dr. James Dobson to name a few.

Join us at 8:30 for a traditional service and 10:30 for a contemporary service.  The Mayor and the Ocean City Tabernacle will have the privilege in honoring our Local Heroes and Veterans at the 10:30 service.
