Junior Raiders Football Teams Fare Well Against Brigantine

The Ocean City Junior Raiders youth football teams saw action over the weekend against the Brigantine Rams.

The JV team (5th and 6th graders) ran its record to 3-0 with a third consecutive shutout victory of 32-0.  The JV squad was paced with three touchdowns by Jacob Wilson.  Kareem Lovest and JP Patella added a touchdown each.  The defense forced 5 turnovers in the game including interceptions by Zack Tighe and JP Patella.

Peewee (3rd and 4th grade) had a dominating 25-0 victory to improve  its record to 1-2.

Varsity (7th and 8th grade) had a furious second half comeback, only to fall short, 35-26.
