Last Memorial Day, Ocean City lifeguards Ray Conover and Samantha Brady held the memorial wreath for photographers. After the pictures were taken, the lifeguards rowed their lifeboat a short distance away from the beach and placed the wreath on the ocean to honor the men and women who sacrificed their lives so we can live free.
