At Monday night’s Exchange Club of Ocean City meeting, President Bill Culp awarded $5,000 to the Ocean City Tabernacle’s After School Program.
The funds were raised from the 2014 Fishing Tournament (the 28th annual event.) A check was presented to Eric Hitchner, Director of Youth Programs.
Over the years, the Exchange Club of Ocean City has been able to raise many thousands of dollars for various charities and local clubs.
The Ocean City branch was started in 1947. With about 70 members, the Exchange Club of Ocean City is one of the largest Exchange Clubs in the New York and New Jersey districts.
