Broadway will truly come to the Boardwalk as professional performers appearing in the Greater Ocean City Theatre Company’s 2018 Summer Season take to the stage to bring Broadway favorites to life. The 9th edition of Broadway on the Ocean City Boardwalk will welcome “home” Michael Lee Brown of Broadway’s Dear Evan Hansen. As a young performer, Michael’s passion for theatre was sparked in Ocean City’s Summer Theatre Camps, which lead to him making his OCTC Mainstage debut in Cinderella during the summer of 2012. Michael’s professional career has led him to a wide range of regional theatres and a solo music career. In 2016, Michael made his Broadway debut as part of the original cast of the Tony Award Winning cast of Dear Evan Hansen and he can currently be seen playing the title role during the matinee performances.
