The first of two Easter Egg Hunts on the beach in Ocean City, NJ, drew thousands of participants and family members to the beach and boardwalk on Saturday, March 28.

The first of two Easter egg hunts in Ocean City drew thousands of children and family members to the beach on a March day that saw a high temperature of only 42 degrees.

The Boardwalk Merchants Association sponsors the annual events, which are free to all children age 7 and under, and the promotion worked — the Ocean City Boardwalk saw summer-like crowds despite the winter-like weather.
