Chef Annmarie Chelius and five of her students from Atlantic Cape Community College’s Academy of Culinary Arts baked and decorated cakes with literary themes.

The cakes were donated to the library, and the public on Monday afternoon was invited to try samples at a display table set up outside the library.

The event was part of the International Edible Book Festival, which was created in 1999 and is held every year in early April.  Read more at Books2Eat.com.
